Are all of your products ethically-sourced, vegan, cruelty-free, and BPA-free?
Yes, yes, yes and yes! All of the materials we use in production are ethically-sourced, and we never ever test on animals or use animal-based products. We will also recycle your meejee for you free of charge and pay for the associated shipping costs. If you are interested in having your meejee recycled, shoot us an email at email@example.com
How long do I have to cancel my order?
We try our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Thus, all order cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours after placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and mention that you would like to cancel it.
Can I still modify my order?
An order can be modified if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Most orders are processed within 2-48 hours. If you would like to request an order modification, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and explain the change you would like to us make to your order. Please note that changes are no longer possible after an order has been processed by our warehouse.
Do you offer returns?
Yes we do! You have 30 days after purchase to return unopened items for a full refund. When sending the item(s) back to us, please keep in mind that you will be responsible for shipping expenses and the items should be unopened in their original condition and packaging. If shipping from outside the US, please mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid any duty fees. How do I use my facial cleansing massager?

How do I charge my facial cleansing massager?
Your meejee is rechargeable with its included DC charging cable. A full charge takes two hours and should last you for 2-12 months of regular use.
Charging is very simple. Plug the USB end of the charging cable into a power outlet using a compatible adapter. Insert the DC connector into meejee’s charging port located on the bottom of the device. A light under the center button will begin to glow red to let you know your meejee is charging. Once it has reached a full charge, the light will glow green.
For blue, pink, and yellow meejees:
After plugging in your meejee with the included charging cable, a light should appear around the center power button. A red-colored light indicates that your meejee is charging, and a green-colored light means that it’s fully-charged. If no light appears, try plugging it in to a different wall outlet or using a different usb wall connector.
For black meejees:
As you can probably already tell, our black meejees are really, really black. While this makes them look super cool (in our opinion), it comes at the sacrifice of a dimmer charging light. If you are having trouble telling whether your black meejee is charging or not, try pressing the power button while it is plugged in. If it turns on and shuts off quickly, it means that your meejee is charging. After a few hours, your meejee will be fully charged and ready to go.
WARNING: Do not attempt to charge your meejee when the charging port is wet or has cleanser residue on it. Avoid charging in areas where the device or cable may come in contact with water. Do not use your meejee while it is charging and do not charge it for more than 24 hours straight.
How often should I use my facial cleansing massager?
This depends entirely on what your skin responds best to! Some of our customers see best results from using it twice a day, and some of our customers see best results from using it once a week. Everyone’s skin is different, so it’s important to find the right frequency for you and your skin. We recommend starting out by using it once a day on a low intensity setting and increasing/decreasing the frequency and intensity based on how your skin responds.
CAUTION: If you experience unusual irritation or discomfort when using your meejee, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.

Is my facial cleansing massager waterproof? Can I use it in the shower?
Yes and yes! meejee's IPX8 waterproof rating means that you can use it in the shower, the bath, the pool, the rain, or whatever else you're into. We don't judge, we just make it possible.
In our opinion, the shower is the best place to use meejee!
What are sonic pulses and how do they help clean out my pores?
The sonic pulses that meejee produces are micro vibrations set to what we refer to as the “magic frequency range”. Some of of our team members call it the “meegic frequency range”, but most of us think that’s corny.
Regardless, when channeled through meejee’s bristles, thousands of vibrational pulses in this frequency travel below the surface of your skin and rapidly vibrate the clumps of unwanted, skin-harming material stuck inside your pores. This rapid vibration causes the material to become loose and break apart, allowing for your cleanser to swoop in and wash away the remnants.
Why is it important to clean below the surface of my skin?
Acne and other skin-related issues don't form on the surface of skin, they form below the surface, inside of pores.
What should I not use my facial cleansing massager for?
If you have a pre-existing skin condition or medical concerns, consult a physician or dermatologist before use.
If you experience any unusual discomfort or irritation while using meejee, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
Take extra care while massaging under and near your eyes. Do not bring the device in contact with your eyes or eyelids.
People with a pre-existing heart problem and those who have a cardiac pacemaker or other medical devices installed should not use this product.
Avoid using clay-based, silicone-based, grainy, or gritty skin products with your meejee as they may damage the silicone bristles.
Do not use the device or charging cable if they are damaged. Only use the charging cable supplied by meejee. If you have lost your charging cable or if it is no longer working, you can purchase a replacement here.
Do not share your meejee with others. We understand that sharing is caring, but for hygienic reasons, think of sharing your meejee like sharing a toothbrush.
Avoid leaving your meejee in direct sunlight. Never expose the device to high heat or boiling water.
For use by or on children and those with reduced mental or physical ability, close adult supervision is necessary.
Do not use the device if it appears damaged in any way.
We recommend using your meejee for no longer than 5 minutes at a time.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, only charge the device in power outlets connected to a supply mains with protective earth.
Use this device only for its intended use as described in this manual.
